If you have questions about the site/sites that your assigned to get in touch with our staff support form and we will be in touch to answer any questions you may have. Alternatively, you can give us a call and we will aim to answer any questions you have.
To book a holiday, you need to send a holiday request form to holidays@sps-security.com. Once it’s been reviewed a member of staff will be in touch to confirm whether or not the holiday has been granted.
If any of your personal details such as your address, bank details or name have changed for any reason then you need to fill out a personal change of circumstance notification form which can be obtained through the download forms section on this page. Once filled in send it to your line manager so we can keep your details up to date.
To renew your SIA licence, you need to attend a top-up course then apply for the renewal through your SIA online account. We can help you through the process of renewing your licence if you require any help. We can also hold the top-up training, so you don’t need to worry about needing to travel too far or having to outsource the learning.
